Q. How far in advance do I need to place a request?
A. The tour is by appointment only and must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Q. What happens after I submit the booking form?
A. Following the booking request, Contact Travel will state tour availability or send another proposal. If the tour is confirmed on our side, we send you the trip registration, together with tour details and deposit and payment instructions.

Q. When will I receive an answer to my inquiry or booking request?
A. Usually within 24 hours, our Contact Travel online reservation staff will answer personally by e-mail.
Q. When should I make the payment?
A. Following confirmation of tour availability, and once you agree with the services and prices, you should make a payment as soon as possible. This will guarantee no price change, and assure tour departure as agreed. Participation in a tour will be confirmed to participants only after reception of the payment.
Q. When will I get the tour voucher?
A. We will send you the tour voucher timely via email or fax when payment reaches our account.
Q. Are all packages rate inclusive of all taxes and service charges?
A. Most of packages rate displayed on our site are nett. They are inclusive of all taxes and applicable service charges.
Q. Can my children visit with me?
A. Yes. We invite the children age between 4-8 years old to come on our program tours and apply to child rate.

A. Our guides are friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. They are experts in communicating with people, organizing tour logistics, and dealing with unexpected situations and difficulties.
