PAYMENT
• Day Tour: A full payment is required at the time when confirmation of booking and must be received at least 15 days before the tour or services begin.
• Package: 50 % deposit must be paid at the time of confirmation of booking. The balance of the Tour Cost must be paid at least 30 days before the date of departure. If reservations are made less than 30 days prior to departure, full payment is required. If final payments are not received on time, we may cancel the reservation and involve the cancellation fee.
• We accept payment by credit card and bank transfer.
• We welcome Visa & MasterCard.
GROUP BOOKING
Special rates for group will be provided upon request. The payment should be paid upon confirmation of booking. Other arrangement which are not listed in this rate. Please send your requirement directly to us.
BOOKING AMENDMENTS
Amendments include changing date, number of guests and all of which relate to an existing reservation reference number. Please try to make any amendments as far in advance as possible to allow for enough time to contact with any concerned, after which a new voucher to be sent to you.
• We are unable to process amendments received later than 7 days before tour date.
• All amendments MUST be conducted in writing by e-mail. So that we ensure accuracy and avoid miscommunication, we will not accept amendments over the phone without written confirmation.
• Amendment requests must be confirmed back to you by one of our Customer Service. If you have not received confirmation of your amendment within 48 hours after submission, it means we have not received it and it must be resubmitted.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation will be charged as follow:
• Day Tour
- 14 days or more before tour date = 100% refundable
- 13-7 days before tour date = 50% refundable
- Less than 7 days before tour date and no show = Non refundable
• Package
- 30 days or more before tour date = Non refundable deposit
- Less than 30 days before tour date and no show = 100% of total booking charge
• All cancellations must be received in writing, via fax or e-mail.
• All cancellations must be confirmed back to you by one of our Customer Service If you have not received a confirmation of your cancellation within 48 hours after send, it means we have not received it and it must be resend.
REFUNDS
• All refunds are subject to administration fee of 5% the total booking value or a 500.00 THB minimum charge (whichever is greater)
• After commencement of travel, no refund, either in full or in part, will be given for unutilised services included in the program. Claims for refunds must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of the tour ending, we refuse to accept responsibility for any complaints due to misinformation, false claims and the claims made are under Thai insurance law only.
• Once we have processed your refund from our side, the banks credit your Credit Card. Some banks systems can take a few weeks for the refund to show on your credit card statement. Please allow sufficient time for this process to happen.
RESPONSIBILITY
• Should there is any forces major like bad weather condition causing the inconvenience to tour program the company reserve a right to propose other appropriate program.
• Sealand Camp is irresponsible for any personal careless injury or loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourists and uncontrollable cases, including those occurring outside the touring programs.
